Step 1: SELECT a sentence completion program from the Program Library.
After you have registered at InsideU, we'll take you to InsideU's Program Library where you can select from a wide variety of different sentence completion programs. These programs range from 10-15 minute tune-up sessions (eg. "Overcoming the Fear of Making Mistakes") to multi-session /multi-week, issue-focused programs dedicated to a specific topic (eg. "Self-Acceptance".)
To preview the program stems and get a brief program introduction, click on the small (P) beside the program name.
To start working on a specific program, click on its name.
Step 2: START & COMPLETE a work session in the Program's Exercise Area.
In the Program Exercise Area, you'll be prompted with a sentence stem. Read the stem provided and type your completion in the first (top) input box. When finished with your first completion, press the TAB key to move to the next input box, where you can immediately begin typing your next completion.

Type a minimum of 6 completions for each stem in the input boxes provided.

The Completion Counter, on the right side of the Exercise Area screen helps you keep track of your progress by detailing which session you are in and the number of sentence completions you have entered for each stem in the current session. It updates immediately after you type in a completion and press the TAB key to move to the next input box.

When you have entered at least 6 and no more than 10 completions to a stem, move to the next stem by clicking the Next Stem button. When you've finished your session, save your work and return to your Personal Workspace by clicking the Return to Personal Workspace button.

Step 3: VIEW your completions in the Discovery View.
In the Discovery View, for any program, you can either view your completions By stem, which lets you view all completions grouped by stem, or by session, which lets you view all completions grouped by session. Most programs include a weekly component where you'll review your discoveries for the past week, then respond to a new stem that provokes integration and insight. Additional view/print features include the ability to suppress the display of extra detail (session and response number) as well as the ability to track time and date details for each session.
What happens when I leave and return to the Sentence Completion Workshop?

There, Resume or Redo any program you've started or view your completions from the current or past sessions in the Discovey View.
