How does the Workgroup feature work?

A coach/team leader/manager obtains permission to set up a Workgroup at InsideU.com and is directed to InsideU's Workgroup Creation Area and prompted to choose:

• a Workgroup Title (displayed when responses are viewed or printed)
• a Workgroup Code (case sensitive)
• a Workgroup Password (case sensitive)

The "admin" directs one or more individuals to go to InsideU.com and login to the designated workgroup with the required Workgroup Code or Workgroup Password provided by the "admin".

After logging into a workgroup for the first time, each individual member registers with the workgroup by creating their own personal Membername and Password. Note: Unless otherwise instructed and agreed upon, all workgroup members are free to reveal or hide their identity in their choice of a personal Membername and Password.

In all subsequent visits to InsideU, the workgroup member can enter a specific workgroup by entering the Workgroup Code and Workgroup Password. After correctly submitting this information, the member is prompted for their personal Membername and Password created when they first registered with the workgroup.

When this information is entered correctly, individuals are permitted to enter their Personal Workspace where the sentence completion program(s) selected/created and deployed by the admin are ready for work. Individuals can work at their own pace and can view but not edit their own responses as they work with each program. The admin controls whether each member can view all the responses of the workgroup or only their own.

WorkGroup Management Features (For "Admins" Only)

InsideU offers ("Admins") the following workgroup management capabilities:

• The ability to create/edit/deploy/remove or delete a sentence completion program from a workgroup.
• The ability to copy a program created in one workgroup to another workgroup.
• The ability change the title of the workgroup (Workgroup Name).
• The ability to control the order that programs appear in the Personal Workspaces of all workgroup members.
• The ability to to control for each program deployed whether individual group members are able to a) view only their own responses OR b) view all the workgroup members responses with attribution OR c) view all workgroup members responses without attribution.
• The ability to add member-viewable Comments for each program in a workgroup workspace.
• The ability to designate individuals to be immmediately notified by email when a program has been used by one or more members of a workgroup.
• The ability for the admin to view in isolation the responses from one or more selected group members.
• The ability to control the amount of attribution information displayed when program responses are viewed or printed by the admin.
• The ability to preview the stems of a program that has been selected or created for a workgroup.
