The Workgroup feature of InsideU lets a team leader/coach/manager (the "admin") set up a password-protected area where one or more individuals can work with one or more sentence completion programs created by the admin or selected from InsideU's Program Library.

How does the Workgroup feature work?

If you are a new Workgroup member, your Workgroup Administrator has given you a Workgroup Code and a Workgroup Password required to enter your Workgroup.

After logging into your workgroup for the first time, you will be asked to register with the workgroup by creating your own personal Member Name and Member Password. Note: Unless otherwise instructed and agreed upon, all workgroup members are free to reveal or hide their identity in their choice of a personal Member Name and Member Password.

In all subsequent visits to InsideU, you can return to a specific workgroup by entering the Workgroup Code and Workgroup Password. After correctly submitting this information, you will be prompted for your personal Member Name and Member Password you created when you first registered with the workgroup. Good idea to write this information in a safe place.

When this information is entered correctly, you will be permitted to return to your Personal Workspace where you'll find the sentence completion program(s) you've been invited to work on. Work at your own pace. Note that you can view but not edit your responses once they have been submitted. Your workgroup administrator controls whether you can view all the responses of the workgroup or only your own.
